As a Maintenance Technician with The Connor Group, you are responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance tasks in occupied and vacant apartments, as well as maintaining the grounds and ensuring the overall cleanliness and functionality of the apartment complex.

Key Responsibilities:

· Apartment Maintenance

· Painting and Maintenance in Apartments

· Groundskeeping

· Preventive Maintenance

· Customer Service

· Safety and Compliance

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly.

· Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
